RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

Sugar Cooling Supply accepts returns on eligible products within 30 days of the delivery date or in-store pickup date.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, uninstalled, unaltered, and in its original condition and packaging. All parts, manuals, accessories, labels, and proof of purchase must be included.

This policy applies to all products sold by Sugar Cooling Supply when these return conditions are met.

VIPER CLEANERS, CHEMICALS, AND REFRIGERANTS

Viper cleaners and other chemical products can only be returned if they are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

Cleaners, chemicals, and refrigerants that have been opened, used, partially consumed, connected, charged, or otherwise placed into service cannot be returned.

INSTALLED OR USED PRODUCTS

Products that have been installed, wired, energized, tested in service, altered, damaged after delivery, or used are not eligible for return.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible. Please provide photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly by Sugar Cooling Supply.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the shipping receipt.

REFUNDS

All returned products are inspected before a refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
